How to make pork crackling using pork crackling salt?
Get the Ingredients:
- 24 cm pork rind (500g),
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil, preferably olive oil,
- 2-3 tbsp of pork crackling salt.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 220 C [If using an air fryer, cook at 200 C for 17-20 minutes]
- Place pork crackling onto a rack over a baking dish. Place crackling rind-side up.
- Sprinkle pork crackling salt generously
- Roast for 60-80 minutes.
You can see small bubbles on the rinds, and looks golden brown and crispy.
Once done, cut it into pieces after it has cooled down. Service as a side dish.
